First Wave Realty & Management was founded by Dave George in 2005. Dave is a former Navy submarine officer and graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy. Our core business will always be property management, however we have succesfully assisted dozens of clients with their real estate purchases, sales, and short sale transactions.

In 2010 First Wave was chosen to provide property management services for the newly established Fannie Mae Tenant-In-Place program. This program has enabled thousands of tenants living in foreclosed properties to remain as tenants, often while the properties transition to new ownership. We are proud to participate in this bold and highly successful initiative.
