  • High-quality.  Besides being experienced and talented, you will need to be licensed in your trade.

  • Low prices.  If you are willing to work at lower prices, you have a much better chance of steady repeat business from us.

  • Responsiveness.  We hate to wait.  In general, we expect non-emergent jobs to be scheduled and completed within 48 hours.

  • Internet Ready.  We require that our vendors bill us through our website.  This allows us to immediately share your bids and invoices with our property owners.  It also gets you paid faster.
